We kicked off the 2024 racing season at For Bikes

Racing Season 2024 has started! Prague For Bikes hosted the first competition!

This weekend marked the start of the 2024 racing season for many cyclists who gathered at Prague's For Bikes. The course, which was more akin to an XC race than a classic XCM race, provided a real challenge for all participants. The Kbel forest park full of trails and steep climbs gave no one anything for free.

Among the participants were also our team racers Pavel Šorf and Klara Tomsová, who did not shy away from the difficult course and managed to secure a solid placing. Pavel Šorf took the valuable 5th place, which is a great performance considering the tough competition. The same goes for Klára Tomsová, who finished in an excellent 7th position. Their results are a clear signal that their preparation is going in the right direction and they are ready for the upcoming challenges.

After today's race, the cyclists already know what they still need to work on and what areas need improvement for the next races.

The next racing event is planned for April in Hradec Kralove. This event promises more exciting battles between cyclists who will try to outdo themselves. The Hradec track does not bring any long climbs or descents, but the tens of kilometres of trails or sand dune descent will certainly test the racers no less and we will of course be there.
